Complaints & Warranty

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an item is produced in imperfect quality or something else happens that compromises our products quality, so that you can claim a guarantee. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of the discovery of the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of your claim and deliver a replacement free of charge. If replacement is not possible, you will be granted full refund.
